โ€œAs we commemorate International Women’s Day, I am filled with pride and gratitude to share the incredible journey we’ve embarked upon at Neolacta in fostering gender diversity and empowering women in the workplace. When I joined Neolacta as the Country General Manager, it was clear to me that we needed to take meaningful steps to bridge the gender gap and create an inclusive environment.

One of our key initiatives has been to actively invest in and hire a more diverse and talented workforce, with a special focus on women. โ€ As a lactation consultant, I feel fortunate to work with many moms, each with their own stories from various walks of life. Some generously donate their excess milk, while others, with tears in their eyes, seek human milk-derived nutrition for their preterm babies in NICUs. Bridging this gap feels like a fortunate opportunity, and I find empowerment in offering free lactation consultations to breastfeeding moms and providing support for pre and postnatal care.”
